Wordfast officially releases a new version of Wordfast Pro, consisting of several new features to address the needs of corporations, language service providers, and individual translators.
Concurrently being released is Wordfast Pro Plus, an option which will enable Wordfast Pro users to access enhanced batch processing capabilities and TM administration functionality (available after 1 May 2009).
Among the major new features being released in Wordfast Pro are:
- Support for InDesign files
- Real-time quality assurance
- Right-to-left language support
- Unlimited batch analysis, pre-translations, and clean-up (Wordfast Pro +)
- Simultaneous analysis of files against multiple Translation Memories (Wordfast Pro +)
- Extraction of frequently occurring segments across hundreds of files (Wordfast Pro +)
- Simple and efficient management of TM assets with a new TM administration module (Wordfast Pro +)
